Current Member Only Virtual Wine Dinner - February 10, 2021:

Food pick up time at The Capital Grille will be 5:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. When you pick up your food, you will receive your mask and bandana. Zoom call will begin at 6:15 p.m.

How to Participate and Deadlines: Current members should have received an email with a link to the order form. Once your order form has been received, an invoice with a link for payment will be emailed to participating members. The link for Zoom will be emailed to all members who have submitted their order form and submitted payment (if applicable) the week of the event. Reservations made using the order form and payments must received by February 8th. Due to logistics, no registrations will be accepted after the deadline nor will any extra meals be available at The Capital Grille during the food pick up time.

Cost: Thanks to the generous support by Bank of Texas, Mrs. Renfro's, and The Capital Grille, this meal (which is valued at $165 for two people) has been partially underwritten for members who have paid their 2020-2021 memberships. Cost for members is based on their current membership level:
  • Members at the $10,000 level will receive the menu below for two free (upgrades and add-ons will be additional)
  • Members at the $5,000 and $2,500 level, the cost is $50 (includes dinner and wine for two people)
  • Members at the $1,000 and $500 level, the cost is $100 (includes dinner and wine for two people)
The Menu:
  • Salad: Field Greens Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • Entrée choice: 8 oz. Filet mignon* or Seared citrus salmon (*served over Haricots Verts)
  • Sides: Sam's mashed potatoes and Creamed spinach
  • Dessert: Choice of The Capital Grille Cheesecake Brûlée style with fresh berries or Flourless chocolate espresso cake with cocoa powder and fresh raspberries
  • And of course, a bottle of wine!
Add-on and Upgrade Options:
  • Sliced Filet Mignon with Roasted Wild Mushrooms - $10 Upgrade/per person
  • Dry Aged Bone in Kona Crusted NY Strip 18 oz. - $10 Upgrade/per person
  • Shallot Butter Double Cut Lamb Chops - $15 Upgrade/ per person
  • Lobster Mac & Cheese - $7 Add-on/per person
